Reservation Options for Pick-Up at Airports

* Travel time from airports to Red Dot locations depend on distance and road conditions.

Rules & Regulations

  • There is a 4 hour notice to guarantee reservations.

  • Our Cancelation Polciy is as follows:
    - If client cancels more than 24 hours in advance of the reservation there is no charge.
    - Cancelations made between 4-24 hours prior to the reservation will be charged $50, for each additional pax on the reservation cancelation is $25.
    - For Cancelations under 4 hours, No-Shows or pax arriving at Pick-Up location after reservation time (this is also considered a No-Show) the full fare is charged.

  • Red Dot leaves the pick-up locations on time, please be a few minutes early. Like a train, once we leave we don't turn back.

  • If a passenger misses their pick-up due to no fault of Red Dot they have 2 options. One, they can make a new reservation following all of our rules (i.e. 4 hours notice) or two, they can book a limo/sedan with Serlin. The price would be our regular rate minus 10% of base.

  • For Westchester locations (RMC & HNW) a New York State Sales Tax will be added to the fare.

  • Each passenger is allowed 1 Suitcase & 1 Carry-On. Inform Red Dot if traveler has excessive luggage, extra fees may apply ($25 per bag).

  • Children Policy: One free child (6 years old or younger) per paying adult.
